Please Note: When comparing warranties on a product that involves assembly by sewing, look closely at what is offered. Some companies will warranty the fabric for a specific period of time and the assembly (or sewing itself) for a much shorter time. There is much less value to the product if the sewing warranty (quality of assembly) doesn't match the fabric warranty. That is why we offer a FULL WARRANTY on All our Boat Covers & Bimini Tops!

Our Warranties are as follows:
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The Bimini Top must be properly installed, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the Bimini Top FREE of CHARGE, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.

Sunbrella Bimini Tops:
The warranty period for Bimini Tops Made with Acrylic Sunbrella fabrics is: 5 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

50/50 Poly-Cotton Bimini Tops:
The warranty period for Bimini Tops Made with 50/50 Poly-Cotton blend or 100% Marine polyester is: 3 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

White Vinyl Bimini Tops:
The warranty period for Bimini Tops Made with Vinyl or 100% Cotton is: 1 full year on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
